Play fair ! It sounds obvious, but many business executives still don't get it.
Good business is good for both you and me. This is true whether you think about your customer, supplier, employee or community.
Be the best at what you do. Then don't be too modest about it. Tell your prospective customer "Yes we're expensive, but call any of our customers and they will tell you it's worth it".
If you can honestly do that, you won't have to waste money on advertising or lawyers. Customers will be standing at your door.
